COOKIES FOR A CAUSE™ is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization where participants host their own cookie exchanges anywhere in the United States, put money in a cookie jar and donate the cookie jar proceeds to their favorite charitable cause.Our mission is simple, help others.
The Divas In The Kitchen Foundation™ is an organization founded by three childhood friends, now grown, who have pulled together in a common goal to make a difference in the lives of others. The founding friends, aka the "Divas in the Kitchen", historically held annual cookie exchange parties.One day we decided "let's do more than share our cookies, let's share our support".The primary objective of the Cookies For A Cause™ campaign is to encourage people to come together in friendship, whether rekindling old or making new - bake cookies, swap recipes, swap stories, make memories, and then, collectively, make a contribution to their favorite cause. It's simple, have your guests place a small monetary contribution into your group's "cookie jar", then donate the proceeds of that cookie jar to your favorite charity.The Divas In The Kitchen Foundation™ charts its success by the number of participants donating to their favorite charitable causes and serves simply to encourage that effort.Cookies For A Cause™ is a non-profit organization. All Cookies For A Cause™ participants are volunteers. 100% of the charitable donations raised by Cookies For A Cause™ are granted to nationally recognized non-profit organizations and marketing efforts to further publicize our cause.
